The Lord is pleased with an honest heart. They are not afraid to tell the truth and because they have a true heart, they are worthy of double love from the Father.

God sees that his children do not take much time in performing an action but then they waste a lot of time in repenting for actions they have already performed. They then say," It has been three days since my happiness disappeared." Why did you lose your happiness? Where did it go? The treasure is yours, but who took away? That you repent, is good, but after repenting, then experience the happiness of attainment and the future attainment.

When you perform a wrong action, you may repent, you may have cried for four hours. This is a lot of crying. You may not shed any tears, but you were crying internally. Or, may be you shed tears for half an hour or cried in the mind for four hours. Do not repent this much. Keep a limit to your repentance. You think "not" and you apply a dot.
