Love And Compassion Leads To A Healthy Heart And Mind !

In spiritual terms, royalty refers to an inner state of dignity and an attitude of service to humanity. Before taking charge of others, let us learn to rule our own heart and mind with love and compassion. Let us focus not on other people's weakness, not demand anything of anyone, and always be available to support and encourage. A leader of this kind does not chase after power and position, or expect anyone to obey; yet others naturally want to follow.

Happiness Motivates You !

There is happiness when each moment is used in a worthwhile way. Happiness is such nourishment that it can transform a person from weak into powerful. It makes difficult things easy and heavy things light. To remain happy and share happiness with others is a great act of charity. No matter what happens, my happiness should not be lost.

Spiritual Silence Fills Your Heart With Peace, Love And Power.

It is when we silence the chattering of our mind that we can truly hear what is in our heart and find the still, clear purity that lies within the soul. Spiritual love carries us into the silence of our original state of being. This silence contains the power to create harmony in all relationships and the sweetness to sustain them. And it is when we are silent that we can let God into our heart and mind, filling us with peace, love and power.

Important Inspirational Thoughts !

The more positive the thoughts flowing through our mind, the more contented we would feel. It is easy to feel contented when we are praised and appreciated, but to remain contented when we are criticized and rejected is the mark of true spiritual strength. The way to develop this is to learn about God's way of loving. Only when we are in deep contemplation can we see God showing us the kind of love we need to express so that we ourselves never reject or criticize and always generate good wishes for others. Then we will be satisfied no matter what life throws at us.

Encourage Others In A Subtle Way !

No one wants to feel pitied by another; it is a demeaning experience. However a gentle form of encouragement can enable us to believe in ourselves again and regain our optimism and courage. A person with the quality of mercy works on such subtle level that the support given never demeans or implies weakness in the other person.

Have An Open Mind For Positive Thoughts !

There are many reasons why people oppose each other; misunderstanding, resistance to change, competitiveness. If someone decides to hold on to their negativity, no amount of analyzing or reasoning can ease the situation. At such times, only patience and more patience will help a closed mind gently unfurl itself.

Great Inspirational Sentences !

One of the best ways to remain light, even in the middle of chaos and heaviness, is to keep a conversation with God. Chatting to God, whose responsibilities are unlimited, about trivial matters that are wearing us down gives us a more entertaining view of life. It requires a certain stillness of mind to hear His advice, but with practice we learn to sense His perspective on our minor irritations. Since His mind radiates lightness and love, the very act of opening ourselves up to him enables us to lighten our burdens.

Have An Understanding Nature !

The practice of silently watching life from the vantage point of being an observer enables us to more clearly understand events and other people's inner concerns and qualities. We become slower to judge and better able to respond openly and thoughtfully, free from any influence of the situation itself and from subtle pull of our own or another's personality.

Balancing Our Acts Makes Us Successful !

To be balanced is to have the ability to do the right thing at the right time. It is the ability to use the head and the heart at the same time. It is the ability to have love and discipline. There is neither too much love nor too much discipline. There is an equal quantity of both. When there is balance in my every act I am successful in my relationships. Because of this I receive their blessings too. I experience success in all I do and am able to enjoy a life of bliss. I am not caught up with questions about anything but am able to get the solutions in a second.

Respect Is The Practical Form Of Love !

Love is the strength that gives you life. When you receive love you lose fear and you can give the best in you. The practical form of love is respect. Respect means acceptance of the fact that we are all different and unique and at the same time, we all have something important and valuable to share.

Best Motivational Sentences!

While moving towards the destination, we generally tend to get distracted with even the little things that happen. Even a small negative or positive incident is enough to distract our thoughts from the destination. We become so busy with such things that our vision moves away and there is no movement forward. We need to first clarify our goal. Once we have done this, we need to take care that our vision is focused on it. Even when situations come by, trying to distract us, we need to remind ourselves that these are only side-scenes, which are not important for us. It is more important to keep our energies focused towards the goal.

Always Have True Love For Others !

The world is trapped in the mire of barriers (politics, language, caste, gender) and this has distanced us from each other, and from what we require for wholesome existence: love, respect, understanding, and freedom.

We are scared to love for fear of being taken for granted but God's love is very liberating, since God's vision surpasses all physical and imposed barriers: every soul is seen for what it is and what it is capable of; no one is condemned for their past; no expectations are kept nor requests for anything in return but yet God does know the value of His love. God has the faith that love and blessings will transform negativity in His children eventually.

True love and good wishes for another soul is the seed that shall bear fruit in time. God says, you cannot love Me completely if you dislike any of My children because God cannot reside in a heart filled with hateful feelings.

Meditation Helps You To Concentrate !

Meditation simply means the management of your thoughts. It is to have the ability to think of what you want and when you want, without interference from other thoughts. Meditation is to develop the ability to concentrate on a particular subject without being attracted and influenced by the five senses, the five vices and the five elements.

Yoga, which is associated with meditation, simply means to have union or make connection with some object, subject, person or God. However, yoga is usually associated with spirituality. Yoga is to have connection and to have dialogue or sweet conversation with the divine source of inspiration, whom many call God. Meditation, therefore is a prerequisite or condition that assists spiritual seekers to have unbroken, undisturbed and continuous access with divinity and this experience is called yoga, another form of prayer.

Create A Positive Aspect In Another Person !

When someone relates something to me about another person's negativity, I tend to listen to it with great interest. I then find that the other person is greatly encouraged to speak about it. But such waste talk is not really useful for anyone and I find that there is no solution for the problem at hand. When someone is talking about the negativity in another person I need to question myself if listening to this is of any use to me, or if I can do anything about the situation. If I cannot do anything I need to remind myself that there is no use listening to such waste talk. Instead I need to make an attempt to look at the positive aspect in the other person so that the other person can see that too.

Enlightening Positive Thoughts !

When we think of resources that God has given us, we tend to think that everything should be accepted blindly. Such acceptance sometimes leads us to become passive, or even make us to get caught up in the negativity of the situation. To consider ourselves as a trustee of God is to appreciate what is happening, knowing that God is responsible. It also means that we need to be a valuable instrument and do our bit well. When we make full effort handing over the responsibility to God, we are able to do our best using all the available resources. Yet, we don't experience the burden of the situation.

Sharing Inner As Well As Physical Resources Gives Great Pleasure !

When we think of sharing, we sometimes wonder if it is really beneficial. Normally the belief is that when we share any thing or resource, we find ourselves a little poorer with that resource. So we do not want to consistently share which is believed will bring benefit only to the other person. When we share inner resources like happiness, peace, love etc. we are enriched. Every time we give, we not only get back from others but also experience that quality ourselves. When we share our physical resources too, it is our own experience which is important than the outcome. That means, I enjoy giving itself rather than expect appreciation (which may or may not come!)

Support Others For Their Growth !

When there is true love, there is an expression of inner growth - not just for oneself but benefit for others too. When there is true love, there is the ability to express one's own qualities without being negatively influenced by others' negative character traits. To love is to know that what is being given is true. When I have true love for those around me, I am able to win the hearts of others. Since the expression of my love is consistent, others are able to return that love and give me good wishes. I find myself as a source of support for others and they are able to use me as a support for their growth.

Valuable Inspirational Messages !

When we come into interaction with others we are concerned with their negative aspects. We are aware of where they are going wrong and we try to correct them too. But usually the other person doesn't realize his mistake. The more we try to emphasize on negativity, the more difficult it becomes to make him realize. On one hand we find that he is not benefited, and on the other, we are filling ourselves with negativity too. The best business in life is that of seeing specialties and contributing our own specialties for others' growth. When we are aware of others specialties, we are able to encourage them to use them for growth. Also we are free from negativity. Further, using our own specialties enriches others and us too. These specialties are easily available for us at the time of need, for having used them properly.

Bear A Positive Mind For Success !

Normally we tend to associate success with what we get, rather than how much effort we put in. So sometimes when things don't turn out the way we expect them to, we tend to have negative feelings because of the thought of being unsuccessful. So we tend to stop putting in further efforts for success. When we put in accurate efforts for the success of every task, we naturally try to do the best. Because of our own contribution, others too help us and contribute whatever they can to achieve what we set out to do. So there is success in everything. When we do the right thing, we will be able to experience constant self-progress, even if the result is not what we have expected.

Intelligent Motivating Quote !

Normally we celebrate for sometime and at that time forget our worries. But once the celebration is over we come back to our routine thoughts. Celebration is seen as something temporary and is in the company of those dear to us. But not always do we get such a chance to celebrate. Hence we usually keep looking forward to some new celebration. Real celebration is to enjoy the beauty and joy of each and every moment. This moment is special and it is this moment that is the real celebration. Such celebration keeps us in constant enthusiasm. So we will stop looking for special occasions to be happy but will be able to make the best use of this moment and give others that experience too, instead of being dependent on others for celebration.

Special Inspiring Thoughts !

When there is a problem in the body, there is naturally pain experienced. The one who is caught up with the pain is not able to take the mind beyond it. Such a person usually continues to describe the pain and tends to focus on it more and more. So there is inability to use the power of the mind to relieve oneself from the pain. When there is the ability to make the mind strong even when there is a problem in the body, we are able to have the courage to win over the pain. We don't get caught up with the pain. On the other hand, the relaxed attitude of our mind generates power, which can even cure the body.

When we consider ourselves to be big, we usually expect from others. We usually want others to give respect and be obedient to whatever we say. But not always do we find others listening to us or obeying us. We are then disappointed and try to use more of our authority in a forceful way. To be big means not to expect to take but to be a giver. If we are big, we definitely also need the understanding that we are in a better position than the other person and so we need to give. This attitude will help us get others' good wishes which will help us progress and we continue to achieve success.
