Whenever we are faced with difficult situations, we are not able to have positive thoughts at that time. We come under the influence of that situation and continue to create negative thoughts. So we are not able to do anything to correct the situation, nor are we able to learn from it. Since we cannot change the situation that we are faced with, we need to take care to increase our own power. When our own state of mind is more powerful than the situation, I am able to keep my mind cool and calm. Thus I am able to take a new learning from every situation and in turn make myself more powerful.
