The one who is honest is the one who becomes trustworthy. To be honest means to be honest to oneself too. It is not just being honest or truthful with others. The one who is honest is the one who is able to discover the resources within and use it for the benefit of the self and of others. So he is able to be available for whatever task he is supposed to do. When we are honest with all the resources we have, we find ourselves enriched further. The more we use our resources for the benefit of all, the more we are able to become trustworthy. Others are able to rely on us and we are able to live up to the expectations of others by doing to the best of our ability.
