Enjoy Your Work And Do It Without Any Expectations !

To be free from expectations means to experience inner joy. When we are free from expectations from others we are also free from dependency. So we are able to do everything well and to our satisfaction. We are not bound by the praise that we get from others but there is joy in doing the action itself. Then of course praise follows too. When we do something, we first have to ensure that we are enjoying it and keep reminding ourselves of the joy that we are deriving out of it. Then we are free from the desire for recognition or praise. Then we will find ourselves succeeding in the task that we undertake and we will be appreciated too.

Remain Fresh And Joyful Even In Difficult Situations !

The one who is joyful is the one who is free from tiredness. When we are able to enjoy the colour and beauty of life, we are able to be free from tiredness. We are able to appreciate the variety that life brings. No difficult circumstance or situation takes away the inner spirit and so we are able to be fresh and joyful. Even in a difficult situation we need to remind ourselves that we can only enjoy the beauty of life if we are able to appreciate equally all that life brings. As much as we enjoy success, we also need to enjoy learning from our failures.

Complete Your Task In Time !

A task left undone remains undone in two places - at the actual location of the task, and inside your head. Incomplete tasks in your head consume the energy of your attention as they gnaw at your conscience. They siphon off a little more of your personal power every time you delay. No need to be a perfectionist, that's debilitating in an imperfect world, but it's good to be a 'completionist'. If you start it, finish it...or forget it.

Have A Clean Heart !

To be clean at heart is to give happiness to others. The one who has a clean heart is the one who always tries to do the best for those with whom he comes in contact. Thus, the person develops the ability to accept others as they are and ignore anything wrong done by them.
Instead, he is able to do the right action without losing the balance. So such a person brings joy for himself and for others through every action he performs. When we have a clean heart we are able to have an experience of our inner qualities. We are able to enjoy the beauty of the different relationships, each relationship and each person being unique. Thus others are able to get in touch with their inner beauty too. So there is joy experienced by all.

Meditate To Clean Your Soul !

The best time to awaken both body and spirit is in the early morning. We are fresh, in solitude, and the vibrations of the world are at their calmest. It is not surprising that you will find all experienced meditators and yogis up with the dawn, inviting the sun of spirit to
shine into the heart of their soul. The first half hour of conscious awareness will be the foundation of your day. Make an early start. Meditate, set the switch of your consciousness and calibrate your energy for the day. You'll be surprised the difference it makes.

Listen And Check Your Words Before Convincing Others !

To have the power of truth is to have the ability to tolerate. When someone disbelieves us, we usually tend to argue back and try to prove our point to the others. In spite of our great efforts to do that, we are not able to convince them. Along with that is a very simple fact that the more we talk the less we are listened to. And thus we end up being more frustrated. When someone challenges the truth of our words, we need to check within ourselves if there is something that we can correct or learn. When we learn to do this, instead of being stubborn with what we have to say or blaming others, we find it easy to tolerate.

Plant Seeds Of Peace For A Better Future !

Ignorance makes you believe that life functions haphazardly. Wisdom teaches you that everything that happens in this theatre of life has profound significance. What you see today is not the fruit of chance but a fruit from seeds planted in the past. Plant seeds of peace now
and you will create a life of peace in the future.

Take Care With Dignity !

We all have a relationship with everything. Obviously the relationship we have with the people and objects in our immediate vicinity is more intimate than the rest of the world. For most of us the most common relationship is possession. In our minds we think we own and possess things like cars and houses and carpets and golf clubs etc. This thinking easily spreads into jobs and tasks and positions and perhaps even other people. "I want you", and "You are mine alone", is the essence of many romantic film scripts and song lyrics. What we forget is that this relationship is wrong. It is not possible to possess anything. Care for..yes. Use...yes. But possess...no. You can't take it with you when you go, so we say! And yet it's the idea of possession which lies at the heart of all fear, war and conflict. Can you see it? Fear of loss, fear of not acquiring what we have already decided is ours in our minds. So what is a better relationship we can choose which takes all the fear away. Be a trustee. Everything comes to us in trust, for us to use and then to set it free. The consciousness of trustee sets us free of the tension of grasping and guarding. To see ourselves as trustees of everything that we receive, including our bodies, encourages our innate capacity to 'care for with dignity'. It is a much more relaxing way of relating to the things which we are privileged to receive in life.

Understand And Experience The Power Of Silence !

The power of silence can bring peace to any situation. The instruments for the power of silence are pure thoughts and pure feelings. We can give others an experience with the power of our silence. When we understand and experience the power of silence we will become more powerful. We will then be able to experience peace that will naturally spread to others too. When we have to correct someone in any situation we first need to remind ourselves that words will not work but silence based on pure feelings and love will surely work. When we accept the person as he is with love we will be able to bring about a change in him. The lesser we talk the more the peace that is created.

Deal With The World With Silence !

Silence helps to get in touch with one's own pure, perfect self. When we take time and spend it in silence, we are able to get in touch with our pure, perfect self. It helps us to go within and recognize our inner own inner truth. It is not just to stay within but to recognize one's own inner worth and deal with the world with it. Even during the worst situations, we need to take time to be in silence, become introverted and look within ourselves and see our own inner worth. We will then naturally be able to maintain our self-respect. This enables us to be stable and happy, whatever the situation might be.

Keep Your Mind Calm And Find Solutions To Problems Easily !

To experience silence is to become an embodiment of solutions. Situations do bring a lot of challenges for us, but where there is fear or worry while facing them, there cannot be peace. As long as we continue looking at the problem instead of searching for solutions we cannot remain in peace. So solutions are not to be found easily. The more we are able to make our mind calm with the practice of silence we are able to find solutions easily. Let us think of something that we consider as a problem, something about which we are thinking a lot of.
Now let us see with a calm mind if we can find a solution for it. If we feel we cannot, it is better to leave thinking about it rather than to worry about it. When we keep the mind free in this way, we will get the solutions automatically.

Face Difficult Situations By Relying More on Internal Peace !

To be in silence is to experience true peace that is within. We are peaceful beings but external situations pull us away from our peace if we let them. When there is not a very positive situation that we are confronted with, we need to save ourselves from the pull of the outside situation and rely on the peace within by practicing silence. Every morning let us take a few moments of silence and practice being a peaceful being, who is totally in charge of ones-self. When we make this practice firm, when difficult situations do come we will be able to rely more on our internal peace instead of getting carried away by the external situations.

Detach Yourselves To Understand The Situation Accurately !

Silence brings the experience of the power within. When we see with a silent mind, a mind free from questions and waste thoughts , we will be able to see beyond what is visibly happening. This enables us to go beyond the situation. It is like flying high and looking down below and we'll be able to see things clearly and also be able to fly across the barriers very easily. All we need to do when we are tired of the situation we are going through is to take some moments of silence to remind ourselves of the power within. When we get detached and watch the situation as we would watch a play, we would be able to enjoy each thing that happens. This detachment gives us the power to understand the situation accurately and overcome all obstacles.

Accomplish A Task With Our Natural State Of Self-Respect !

The one who works with self-respect is the one who wins the cooperation of others. When we
do things in our natural state of self- respect, it creates cooperation. On the other hand if we have ego because of which we expect others to recognize our work and appreciate it, it creates competition and jealousy. If someone is not cooperating with us, we need to check within ourselves why we are performing that task. If there is the slightest feeling of trying to prove ourselves, we need to remove it. In its place, there needs to be the thought in the mind that we want only success in the task and nothing else.

Cooperation From Everyone Is Important For The Success Of The Task !

Cooperation comes when there are pure feelings and good wishes for all involved in the task. Every task we take up needs to be for the benefit of all. When we are working for something in which there is common benefit, we are able to easily gain others' cooperation. This also brings good wishes from all of them, which will naturally help in the success of the task. When we take up something new and important, we need to make sure that there is surely something that will bring some benefit for everyone involved in the task. This attention helps
us get the cooperation of those around us for the success of the task.

Person With Clear Thoughts Get Cooperation From Others !

The one who has a clear aim, is able to win the cooperation from others too. When we are doing something with a clear picture in our minds, others will naturally cooperate. If we ourselves are not sure of what we are doing and why, we will not be able to receive their
cooperation. When we want the cooperation of others in what we do, we need to make sure that we are sure of what we are doing. We first need to be clear in our mind of what we want to achieve and we will find others helping us automatically.

Keep In Mind The Law Of Sowing And Reaping !

If we recognise that all inner and outer effects or results in our lives have causes which can be found within ourselves, then we understand karma or the law of sowing and reaping. If we are aware that we have just awoken to this law, and that we are consciously live with this law in our awareness we will also be aware that we were asleep to this law before - perhaps for a long time, possibly many births. It is therefore highly likely we tried to break the law. What
we did not know was we cannot break this law. We cannot take anything without having to pay it back at some future stage. We may receive but we may not take - there is a difference. If we have taken then we must payback. Any form of pain or discomfort - mental, emotional or
physical - means it is payback time. The universal debt collector has come to knock on our door. Accounts are being settled. If you can regard all pain, from a bump on the head to an emotional crisis, as the settling of a debt, you will be using the oldest wisdom to respond to life in the most enlightened way. The destination, once all accounts are settled, and all debts paid, is true peace and real freedom. Peace of mind and freedom from all pain.

Understand People and Have Faith In Them

To be connected with people's specialties is to have faith in them. Faith is more based on our perception of people rather than just their behaviour. When we have the habit of seeing specialties in each and every person, we are able to create space for the use of these specialties. This automatically reflects our faith in them and their ability to contribute. Let us make a firm practice of seeing at least one positive aspect in each and every person we come into contact with. Then we will be able to use this specialty in a practical way and help the other person also to use this specialty. In this way, we will be able to increase his capability and out faith in him.
