It Is Our Inner Experience Which Helps Bring Internal Transformation !

To have an honest heart is to bring about quick transformation. Honesty brings the power of realization and this realization brings the ability to bring about a positive change. What is realized is brought into words and actions immediately and perceptibly. So the one who realizes is also the one who gets the support of others to bring about quick and easy transformation. He is able to use all the resources available without giving excuses or waiting for situations to change. When we are honest with ourselves first, we are able to recognize the change that we need to bring in ourselves. This brings realization, and where there is realization there is an inner experience. It is this inner experience that brings about an internal transformation, which is supported automatically by external things.

Become An Inspiration For Others !

To fill the ones who are hopeless with hope is the greatest service. To have faith by seeing the positive qualities even in the most negative person is to fill them with hope. Also to fill hope means to encourage others to move forward in the most negative situation. When this is done they are able to use their potentials for a positive purpose and slowly bring about a change for the better. When we are able to see positivity under all circumstances, we are able to have the courage and enthusiasm to make the best out of every situation. This also naturally makes us an inspiration for those around us too and makes us an image of support for those who want to make effort.

Be A Master And Control Situations Effectively !

To be a master means to be powerful. The one who is a master, is never influenced negatively by situations or people. He never reacts to situations or people. He is able to recognize and understand the need and fill in with what is missing. So there is the ability to respond positively and effectively. When we have the consciousness of being a master, we are powerfully in control of situations and people. We are thus able to be beyond the influence of superficial and negative situations. We thus experience the true beauty and richness of each and every moment.

Be A Master And Also A Child In Your Work !!

To have a balance between being a master and a child is to ensure success. To be in the consciousness of being a master means to have confidence in whatever has to be done and in the ideas that have to be put forth. Along with this if there is the consciousness of being a
child, there is learning and improvement, because criticism is taken in the right spirit. When we are able to be open to criticism as a child, we are able to learn from it. We are able to gain further mastery without being troubled by ego. Our learning would never be blocked by what other people think or feel. Instead we are able to experience constant progress and sure success.

Bring Your Positive Thoughts Into Action !

It is on the basis of actions that praise is received. The one who only talks and is not able to put his talk into practice does not become worthy of praise. On the other hand, the one who is able to bring his good thoughts and words into action becomes worthy of praise. Such a person's actions become inspirational for others and encourage them to follow him. When we are able to act according to our thoughts and words, we are able to take inspiration to do more. For every positive action that we do, we experience support and good wishes from others which encourage us constantly. Our account of positivity is always full and it takes us further to a cycle of positivity making it a habit. So we find that we don't have to work hard for performing positive actions.

Honesty Brings About Progress For Self As Well As For Others !

Real honesty is to be free from excuses. The one who is truly honest never gives excuses - to himself or to others. He is free from words that blame others or give excuses. Honesty also enables one to bring into action only such things that will bring about progress for the
self and will influence others positively. When we are free from giving excuses, we are able to learn from situations and experience constant progress. This is real honesty, which brings us deep inner contentment and joy. It also brings us blessings and good wishes from others on the basis of their trust.

Live Your Own Life !

Many of us spend most of our life trying to live someone else's life. We are great fixers, and as we watch others we can hear ourselves attempting to 'sort them out'. We hear it in our conversations with others and with ourselves. It sounds like, "They shouldn't...weren't
they awful...did you hear about so and so...in my opinion they should". In these moments we waste time trying to write the script of others and forget to write our own. We have no right to write another's script and any attempt to do so is futile, frustrating and doomed to failure. So let be, and taste the freedom from the subtle tensions and anxieties about others by letting them write their own script. Don't miss your life by trying to live someone else's.

Balance Your Thoughts, Word And Action To Be At Peace !

Peace consists of pure thoughts, pure feelings and pure wishes. When the energy of thought, word and action is balanced and stable, the individual is at peace with the self, in relationships and the world. To exercise the power of peace look inward in order to look outward with courage, purpose and meaning.

Be Positive And Leave Everything In The Hands Of God !

I can make a hobby out of worrying. I worry about the noise and then complain when it is too quiet. I worry about having too many sunny dry spells and then complain when it rains. I may even be worried about worrying too much. It is essential to take an honest interest in what goes on around me, and of course it is always wise to analyze a situation and take the necessary precautions to avoid being influenced by anything negative. However, when all is said and done, my tense and burdened mind will not be able to function clearly enough to arrive at a suitable solution to a problem. Maybe I should just do the best that I can and beyond that leave it in the hands of God. To have faith in the self, faith in God and faith in God's plan is a sure way to remain clear and free of burdens.

Keep Your Thoughts Pure , Positive And Filled With Strength !

Silence, happiness, love and blessings are important aspects. Happiness leads to good health. It is only you who can give this medicine to yourself. Some bring illness to themselves through anger, greed, unfullfilled desires, expectations, suppression of feelings and relationships not based on true love. Look in your heart, you will know where your illness comes from. There are three ingredients for a long and healthy life: live with attention but without worry; use time in a worthwhile way; keep your thoughts pure, positive and filled with strength.

Be Truthful And Bring The Desired Change Around Us !

Inner power reveals truth through few words. When there is an experience of the truth that one is speaking about, there is economy in words. The authority of the experience is so powerful that it has a very positive impact on the other person. There need not be many words used but a few words would convey very powerfully and bring about the desired change too. When we have experienced the truth of what we say, we are an embodiment of what we are speaking. So our words are not just words but are more an inspiration for those around us. We bring about a change in people automatically because we become a role model. We don't have to use a lot of energy in correcting things that go wrong. Instead we are able to inspire change easily.

Positive Thoughts Help You To Be Free From Being Influenced By Others Thoughts !

I cannot afford to overlook the influence that other people have on me. There are cases where people quarrel, fight and even commit murder because they are influenced by gossip, influenced by the words of others. To what extent do I check that I am not being influenced by gossip? Negativity in the mind is like poison. Negative thoughts are the seeds of negative actions. It might seem like a simple everyday occurrence - my friends tell me in the strictest confidence that such and such a person is like this and does so-and-so. I listen and accept without question because of the friendship. My attitude and actions now become influenced by my friends words, and I find myself acting and reacting in accordance with the information fed to me. Gossip and guessing bring sorrow, heaviness and distrust. Poison can come in many disguises, but poison is poison whether from an enemy or a friend.

Be A Master Of Self And Keep Things Under Control !

To have the awareness of being a master is to use inner powers accurately. The one who is a master of the self is able to keep everything under control. He is able to understand the situation and act accordingly. He never reacts to situations, so he doesn't allow
situations to influence him. On the other hand, he becomes a source of influence on everything around. When we have the consciousness of being a master, we are free from inner conflict and struggle. We are not under anyone or anything's control but are able to give an order in a second. We find that our mind, our sense organs everything is ready to obey these orders. Our life thus moves in the right direction.

Convert Your Tolerance Into Strength !

You have the power to tolerate anyone and any situation. But tolerance is not just suffering in silence. It means going beyond any personal discomfort you may feel, and giving a gift to whom ever you would tolerate. Give your time, attention, understanding, compassion, care -
all are gifts, which paradoxically, you also receive in the process of giving. And, as you do, you will experience your own self esteem and inner strength grow. In this way you can turn tolerance into strength.

Use Every Situation To Express One’s Own Specialties Or Virtues !

Each act becomes service when there is an expression of one's own virtues. Each one has his own unique role to play with his own unique set of specialities. Every situation is actually a chance to express one's own specialities or virtues. The one who is busy doing this, is
able to be a constantly serviceable one. He needs no special conditions for service, but is able to do service each second. When we are aware of the service that we can do and the contribution that we can make, we are able to enjoy both the positive and negative
situations that come our way. We don't wait for situations to change but are able to make the best out of the present situation for others and ourselves too.
