The means for protection is to use the shield of humility. Humility means to be connected with our own sense of self-worth. This inner strength and power enables us to respond to situations and people in a positive way. We are able to understand and provide instead of expecting. We experience the protection from our weaknesses when we are humble. Situations do challenge our weaknesses, but the power of our humility keeps us calm and stable and we don't react even in our mind to situations.
