Know the Art of Facing and Learning from Challenges

To be a leader means to invoke challenges. Each challenge actually brings forth some hidden strength, some latent power. The one who is able to understand this, is able to face and in fact invoke challenges. Such a person with constant and unshaken faith moves on towards victory. Such a person becomes an inspiration for many and thus is a true leader. When we know the art of facing and learning from challenges, we are able to remain fearless in spite of the several challenges. Much more than that, we are able to actually have the courage to invoke challenges understanding the fact that challenges makes us stronger.

Develop Ability to Forgive and Forget

True love means the ability to forgive and forget. When there is love there is the ability to look at only specialties. Even if the other person makes a mistake, there is only the conscious awareness of his specialties. So it becomes easy to forgive the mistake committed by him. When there is real forgiveness the mistake is totally forgotten and the future interactions with that person are free from the negative attitude. When we are able to forgive the mistakes made by others, we are able to forget them easily also. So our mind is free from the burden of waste of all the past mistakes. We are able to be light even when we are faced with the negativity of the other person. We are never caught up with attitudes about people and will become successful in our relationship with others.

Forgive and Remain Cool and Easy in Life

The method to bring about change is forgiveness. Forgiveness means to have good wishes, cooperation, love, respect and faith. This becomes like a blessing for the one who needs to bring about change. Words spoken will then be powerful and easy. This will naturally bring faith in the other person in order to bring about natural transformation. When we give only correction we forget to forgive. But when we first forgive we are able to remain cool and easy. We are also able to forget the intensity of the mistake. So when we forgive and forget in this way, our forgiveness itself becomes a correction for the other person.

Keep Your Mind Clean and Clear

Cleanliness means no waste within. To be totally clean means there is not a trace of negativity or waste within. Even in the most complicated situations there is clarity within. The mind is clear and clean so there is clarity in words and actions also. Every decision is taken with a clear mind and so whatever is done is naturally accurate. When there is cleanliness in the heart, we are able to win the love of those around me and also of God. We find that we become a mirror for the others and they are able to see their own perfection through us. We find that we are able to save a lot of time as we are able to see things for what they are and because there is clarity in our thoughts.

God Loves You Always

Don't be afraid of your sins. Because God will never stop loving you. He knows that love keeps a child growing. So just keep thinking of what He wants you to do, and do it.

Love Dwells in the Soul

Love is a powerful force. It can take us to great heights and leave us feeling light and airy. Yet it has been the most abused and misused force. Many degraded things pass for love. True love is based on understanding, mutual trust and respect and not simply on transient emotions. Love is being in balance, that is, in harmony with the self, God and each other. Love dwells in the soul. We must allow this love to flow out and around us. Without love, all of life's treasures are locked away from our vision and experiences, for indeed 'love is the key.'

Experience the Power of Unity

To understand and accept people's ideas is to increase the power of unity. When one suggests something and the other accepts, it gives power to the gathering. So instead of expecting others to accept suggestions, it is better to understand and provide with what the other person needs. The more something is given with generosity there is happiness for the one who is receiving and for the one who is giving. And there is power because of being together in the task. If we take something with force we find that others give it to us only temporarily. Instead if we give with happiness, we find that others are able to share with us with happiness. So what we give, we find, remains with us permanently. There is an experience of fullness and the happiness of having attained even while giving. And with this we are able to experience the power of unity, and the joy of doing things together.

Look at the Positive Aspects in Others

The power to merge brings success in relationships. The specialty of the ocean is to merge. The most beautiful pearl is made of the dirt that is thrown into the ocean. So also the power to merge actually allows one to look at the positivity in spite of the obvious negativity that is expressed by the other person. So the relationship with the other person is only with their positivity. When we are able to merge the negativity of others, and look at the positive aspect in them instead, we can automatically experience being light and positive within. Also we find others relating to us with their positivity. We are able to be successful in our relationships with others, however difficult the personality traits of the other person may be.

The One Who is Great is Naturally Humble

Greatness lies in being humble. A seed grows only when it is mingled with the mud. In the same way, the one who is great is naturally humble. He understands the truth that only when there is humility will there be success. Humility gives the power to bow down without reducing one's own self-respect. When we are humble we are able to be experience our inner greatness, which naturally keeps us set on the seat of our self-respect. So when the situation demands, we have no problem bowing down. We are able to allow the situations to work on us and we are able to strengthen ourselves from within under all circumstances.

To Work with Joy is to Be Free from Tiredness

To work with joy is to be free from tiredness. When there is the happiness and joy of doing something, one can go on putting in effort even in the most difficult circumstances. For having done everything with happiness, there will be the inner quality revealed in each and every task. The happiness within will spread around to others too. As we never leave our inner joy, and are constantly in touch with our inner qualities, we are able to enjoy everything that life brings. Nothing will then be experienced as work, but we feel everything to be entertainment. We will be able to enjoy the richness of life even when there is something actually difficult.

Failure Gives an Indication That More Effort Has to be Put In

To fail means there is the need to work a little harder. To fail doesn't means to be a failure but it only means that it will take a little longer before success can be reached. It gives an indication that more effort has to be put in. So when things are done in a different way, it becomes possible to move towards success. Failure in a particular task is a process of strengthening that leads to success. During the time of failure, when we understand the significance behind the incident, we are able to be free from negative feelings of fear or disheartenment. Then we are able to learn the right lesson from it and move ahead. Even in our worst failures, we experience constant progress and we move on towards success.

Realization Brings Permanent Transformation in Life

The power of realization brings permanent transformation. To have the power of realization means to have the power to understand what is right and to have the commitment to the right thing. So, if a mistake is committed, when there is the realization, there is easy and permanent transformation. So the same mistake is never committed again. When we have the power of realization, we will never experience difficulty in bringing about a change, because we have actually understood the importance of bringing about change.

Courage Brings Greater Success in Life

Courage brings success. Even after repeated trials and failures, when one does not lose courage, there is the ability to go on trying till success is achieved. Courage comes with the understanding that there is surely a way out. So a lot more effort is put in to find the right way. Success, which had been eluding for a long time will be finally attained. When we have courage, we have hope. We will not give up the task mid way, but will put in continued effort. Because of this there is no difficulty experienced even whilst putting in extra effort but we do everything with enthusiasm and happiness. So nothing seems difficult and we easily move towards success.

Always Maintain Inner Self Respect and Progress in Life

True effort lies in maintaining inner self-respect. When there is no self-respect it becomes difficult to recognize and use one's own potentials. So whatever little effort is put is only to show off to others and to seek their approval. So this further increases such dependency on others. Slowly all effort put in is only to prove to others and hardly any effort is put in for the self. So such effort doesn't contribute to real progress. When there is an awareness of our inner potentials and capabilities, and we are in our state of self-respect, we are able to use them for our own progress. As there is the satisfaction of our progress, there is no dependency on the others for approval or encouragement. We can make effort with our inner freedom. There is lightness and enjoyment in whatever we set out to do, and we find quick and easy change.

Become Pure and Peaceful from Inside

Do not worry about peace on earth. That is God's responsibility. All we have to do is establish peace in ourselves. The only co-operation God wants, is for us to become pure. This we can only do by staying in his remembrance.

Remind Yourself Who Are You Really

Wherever I go, whatever I do, people respond to me as a body, people look at me as a body. People will work with me in terms of my role, gender and so on, and not with any spiritual vision. Therefore it is I, and I alone, who must constantly take the responsibility to remind myself who I really am, as I continue to deal with life's situations.

Your Inner Power Helps You to Overcome in Difficult Situations

The difficulty of the situation lies in one's own state of mind. To make something big as small or to make something small as big depends on one's state of mind. When one's state of mind is good, to deal with situations becomes easy. So even difficult situations are crossed over with great ease. Then there will be no dependency on the external situations to change the internal state of mind. That is, there will never be a reaction to external situations but there will be always stability. When our state of mind is good and powerful, we are confident of ourselves and are able to easily win over all obstacles. Otherwise, the situation takes hold of the internal state of our mind and we find ourselves bound by the situation. At such a time, the smallest situation feels like a very big obstacle. With faith in ourselves we are very easily able to use our inner power to overcome situations.

Selfless Action Gives Positive Benefits at Its Own Time

To know that the seed of selfless action will surely bear fruit at its own time is to be light. Sometimes when involved in a task, we tend to get carried away with the result. We become so result-oriented that we begin to expect the fruit of what we have done immediately. Without the recognition of the fact that the result might take time to come, we begin to get caught up with our own expectations. This creates a lot of heaviness in our mind and we might even give up what we are doing. When we make a contribution for something, we must develop faith that whatever has to happen will happen at the right time. We don't have to eat unripe fruit, i.e., not get carried away with immediate results but have to wait patiently knowing that the fruits of our actions will ripen at their own time. With faith this is possible and we will be able to free ourselves from negativity and heaviness.

True Love Feelings - We Need to Check the Quality of Love that We Give

True love is felt by all who receive it. Sometimes we do find ourselves in situations where others are not responding to the love we are giving. We are trying to be understanding and accepting as much as possible but others don't seem to be recognizing it. In such a situation we begin to blame others and their lack of feelings and concern. Instead of blaming others when our love and concern is not being reciprocated, we need to check the quality of the love that we give. If there is even a trace of selfishness or if it is mixed with expectations, our love will not be able to reach out and touch the hearts of others. So we need to make sure that our love is pure and unselfish.
