Faith For God Means A Clear Mind !

Faith means that there isn't the slightest form of doubt in any situation or at times of obstacles. Situations have to change and they will continue to change. The supports that your faith has now will be removed, and even after that your foundation has to be strong. If your foundation is not strong, then supports are necessary. Therefore you need to maintain your peaceful, loveful state and your love and faith for God has to remain unshakeable.

Cool And Calm Mind Gives You The Right Perspective !

The usual response to negative stimuli in the environment is to react negatively. The impact of such stimuli on the sense organs is negative, which brings out negative behavior too. The one who is able to spend a few moments in silence before responding to situations is to be a master who is free from negativity. When I am a master I am able to remain stable in all situations. I have the practice of calming my mind and looking at the situation in the right perspective. My mind grows strong in its commitment to peace and truth in action. I don't allow the sense organs work according to the previous conditioning. Instead I consciously monitor, giving them right direction.

Knowing Yourself Truly Is The Doorway To Freedom !

There is nothing more inevitable than the greying of hair and the crinkling of skin. Resisting it is like trying to hold back the tide of the ocean. Accepting it is the way into a graceful life and the possibility of true Leisure! Our lives are mostly without leisure as we succumb to the marketing men and their determination to convince us that the tide can be beaten back, at the very least, kept at bay. As a consequence we count the greys and measure the length and depth of the wrinkles. We spend our time and attention on the surface of our forms, and create the habits of anxiety and worry as they inevitably deteriorate. But when we truly know ourselves as spirit within the form, all those subtle tensions are dissolved. We never age, never grow old, never die - only our bodies do. Knowing ourselves as we truly are is the doorway to freedom and to the graceful acceptance that we are destined to inhabit and play many roles in many bodies. Is that not both a liberating and a relaxing insight? If you play with it, explore it for truth, meditate on it, seriously give it 'house room' in your head, you may actually experience yourself as a free spirit. And when you do you will know true relaxation.

Have A Positive Approach Towards Life !

When we are faced with pressures, deadlines and troubles we must resist the urge to worry and flit from one thing to another, or to get irritated or blame others, which would just drain our energy. Instead we should try to create a loving attitude towards ourselves and our situation as this will energize our spirit. A kind compassionate approach to life helps the mind to stay clear and focused and takes it to a higher level of spiritual intelligence.

Never write an email when you’re mad or upset

The Internet – specifically, e-mail—has done wonders to increase our capacity to communicate.
With lightening speed, we can now write letters, share ideas and even close deals. The benefits
are astonishing.

There’s a downside to e-mail, however, that’s important to be aware of. The problem is, it’s
tempting, when you’re mad or upset; to fire off an e-mail that you might very well live to
regret.

In a reactive or upset state of mind, or when you’re lacking judgment or perspective, it’s easy
to act impulsively rather than with composure and wisdom. In the blink of an eye, you can
confuse someone, hurt their feelings, enrage them, or even destroy a relationship.

The good news is, the flip side of this issue is also true. If you’re mad at someone and are
tempted to share your feelings via e-mail – but you manage to resist – your restraint can pay
enormous dividends.

Who knows how many relationships are ruined, or at least adversely affected, every day, by
someone clicking “send” instead of simply walking away?

Some practical advice is this: Whenever possible, when you’re upset, refrain from sending
e-mails. It’s dangerous territory. Instead, wait until you cool off. In the long run, you’ll
maintain good relationships, and avoid unnecessary conflict.

Enjoy Color And Beauty Of Life And Appreciate Variety That Life Brings !

The one who is joyful is the one who is free from tiredness. When we are able to enjoy the colour and beauty of life, we are able to be free from tiredness. We are able to appreciate the variety that life brings. No difficult circumstance or situation takes away the inner spirit and so we are able to be fresh and joyful. Even in a difficult situation we need to remind ourselves that we can only enjoy the beauty of life if we are able to appreciate equally all that life brings. As much as we enjoy success, we also need to enjoy learning from our failures.

Spread Your Inner Positive Light To Others !!!

A powerful stage is like a switch which finishes darkness of negativity in a second. Darkness is dispelled when a light is switched on. Similarly, a powerful stage is also a light switch. When this switch is on, one can put an end to all wasteful darkness and no longer have to labour to stop any wasteful thoughts. By becoming powerful, one can naturally become a donor, as there is nothing waste within. When we are aware of our positive qualities and what we can contribute to others, we are powerful. This naturally enables us to be light and spread the inner light to others. We are never influenced negatively with any kind of waste or negative, but are always able to maintain our positivity and that of others too.

Cooperation Should Come From The Heart !

Before we get any kind of advancement or promotion in life, we need to have earned the right to it. There are no free gifts in life, nor there are any short cuts to success of a lasting nature. Being worthy of any kind of responsibility requires an attitude of service to others. We earn a right only when we have given cooperation to others from our heart.

Intelligent Quote on Victory !

If you ever find yourself defending a position, explaining why, or justifying anything, it means you have been defeated. It means you have not been able to accept the others point of view, or the fact that you may be wrong. Fear has conquered your mind and your heart. Your defences are up and you are running scared. It's not that the other person has conquered you, it's the self-created fear that is in control. Until you can accept the other (you don't have to agree) and you are not threatened by the other, your victories will be delayed. It's a funny old world when true winning is accepting not resisting, when victory is found in the wisdom to stop fighting and to begin engaging.

Meditation Increases Your Energy For The day !

The best time to awaken both body and spirit is in the early morning. We are fresh, in solitude, and the vibrations of the world are at their calmest. It is not surprising that you will find all experienced meditators and yogis up with the dawn, inviting the sun of spirit to shine into the heart of their soul. The first half hour of conscious awareness will be the foundation of your day. Make an early start. Meditate, set the switch of your consciousness and calibrate your energy for the day. You'll be surprised the difference it makes.

The more honest we are in our dealings with others, the more we are trusted. Honesty is very deep. It is common for people to say one thing and feel another, which, of course in not honesty. Honesty is only possible when we check our conscience and remain true to our highest values. Making our heart honest in this way brings the blessing of being deeply trusted by others.

Practice To Possess Only Positive Thoughts !

We do pay special attention to keep our actions good and worthy. We also have a good amount of attention on our words. But we hardly ever think of our thoughts. When certain thoughts become repetitive they tend to have a hold over us. It is important for me to keep a practice of having positive thoughts. When we have this practice of positivity, there is power in our thoughts. Each and every thought becomes a treasure from which we can draw a lot. Our words and actions, then automatically become powerful too.

Bring Sweetness in Words To See The Change !!

Words are effective when truth is combined with sweetness. It is usually believed that when we speak the truth, we need to be frank and outspoken. And with this attitude we sometimes tend to become harsh in our words too. We believe that only when we are assertive in this way, will our words be effective.

But practically it is found that when our words are without sweetness we will only find temporary results. In order to have lasting effect when we have to give correction to someone we need to take care that there is sweetness in our attitude and voice too. Only then will there be the desired effect in the words that we speak and we will find people bringing about change in themselves.

Work To Make Promises Real !!

To make our promise practical is to benefit at each step. Sometimes we make a lot of promises to ourselves and to others. At such times we are very confident of what we are saying but later find that our promise doesn't come into action. So that promise gets wasted as we don't take benefit from the intensity of that moment. When we make a promise to bring about a change in ourselves we need to immediately make a practical plan that will help us make the promise real. We also need to make sure we understand why fulfilling that promise is important for us. Along with this we also need to remind ourselves again and again about it till it becomes practical.

Understand Your Original Personality !

A majority of people build their identity around physical achievements, position in life, relationships, and other's opinions, which is like grasping a mirage in the desert - there is no substance or permanence. Rajyoga teaches us how to understand our original personality as 'souls' and
re-emerge our divinity through the remembrance of One Supreme. No matter how much others or even God may try to convince me that I am a worthy individual, until I visualize my own goodness and nurture my self-respect, I cannot do anything with my life. God loves me no matter what I may be like and makes me realise my 'self' by loving me unconditionally.

Spread Pure Thoughts And Pure Feelings Through Silence !

The power of silence can bring peace to any situation. The instruments for the power of silence are pure thoughts and pure feelings. We can give others an experience with the power of our silence. When we understand and experience the power of silence we will become more powerful. We will then be able to experience peace that will naturally spread to others too. When we have to correct someone in any situation we first need to remind ourselves that words will not work but silence based on pure feelings and love will surely work. When we accept the person as he is with love we will be able to bring about a change in him. The lesser we talk the more the peace that is created.

Inspire Others Quote - Make Effort to Change Your Own Actions and Turn Them into Positive

To be an inspiration to many is to be a hero actor. When we see negativity in others, we usually think and speak about it. We then take no inspiration to think and act positive. The more the attention is drawn towards negativity, our actions will become negative too. Whatever the situation we are in, we need to make effort to change our own actions and turn them to positive. We will then be free from looking at the negativity in others. And our actions will become an inspiration to those around us, which will inspire them to become positive too.

Pure True Love Quote - The Ones With Pure Love Bring Benefit To All

The ones with pure love bring benefit to all. Each day of ours is usually spent in doing things for ourselves and providing for our needs and desires. We seem to have no time for others. We are usually caught up with a few people, which brings attachment and expectations. We then find ourselves getting caught up with the weaknesses of others. We need to check if our love for others is pure. Where there is pure true love there is kindness and the attitude of bringing benefit. With this attitude of ours we will be able to see each one's potential for perfection. They too will be able to then work towards their own perfection.
